5 Ways to Provide Excellent Service to Your Writing Clients
Service is very important when working with writing clients. Take your service up a notch, and you will create a standout writing business that earns you repeat clients. Usually people do their business that they like. With them, businesses would cease to exist. When clients are satisfied, they not only help our business grow by continuing their relationship with us, but they will soon be recommending the business to their friends and associates.
Have a professional operation.
It means not only understanding the contract but also easy to understand the quote for services. Clients like to have things in writing, and that’s helpful for you, too. If client forget the project then that is best way to go back and look at the quote or contract you sent. It doesn’t mean your business has to look like it because you write from your home sitting.
Give something extra.
In some projects client makes request that doesn’t technically fall under the specks of the contracted project. I don’t if I could turn down the request. When you afford the extra request then must do so. You must make the clients day if it doesn’t cost you much additional effort and some time that could be the big deal for client.
Be reachable.
Always respond your client on time, if possible. Be responsible to get the calls and email of clients. Let them know when to expect to hear back from you with the requested info. You win sometimes projects only because you were the writer in the reasonable amount of time. Systemically when you do the project you turn the client into repeat business.
Do what you say you will.
In some writing projects it will consider the major thing but sometime it’s not. It’s never fun to feel if you are doing noting if your client already paid it. Don’t do it, respect your agreement. Lets starts with simple if you ask someone that you will sending the email you promised you’d send. You show your clinent in elusive way thay you live up to your word to start the email with something like, “As promised, I am sending this email to confirm XXXX or to let you know XXXX.”
Do it better than good.
In some projects you misguided the perfection, so make sure not to overload the projects. It leads to inefficiency and missed deadlines because noting is perfect. So whenever you deliver the project it will be show your clients why you are going to person. Your client has come to avail your services, so what are you thinking it’s the time to deliver in big way.
Make these five practices a regular part of how you run your writing business, and your service will become the thing that makes your clients remember and return to you.
