Once again the 2012 budget announcement we are hearing around left right and centre. But interesting fact of this budget is entrepreneur loans  for freelancers. At the behest of the Prime Minister’s enterprise advisor Lord Young  are looking into offering “entrepreneur loans” for those businessperson who want to give up there university degree and rather decide to set up their own businesses.

The money will be made dircectly available and only have to be paid back when the client’s income is substantial enough, of course this cut off point hasn’t been established yet. An interesting twist on the scheme is that candidates will be treated by existing entrepreneurs rather than civil servants, presumably to ensure viable candidates are chosen and the money will be more likely to be repaid.This will offer set up the options for those unsure about University life and individuals bore to be their own boss.
