For many of us it can feel great to spend the whole day working non-stop. But over time this is very draining on your mentality. Don’t over schedule yourself. If you have ten hours to spend freelancing, don’t schedule fifteen.

Download a time tracking tool, an application tracking tool or both. These programs, many of which run automatically in the background, will allow you to see where you really spend your time.

Utilize Break Times

We all need to find some room for taking a break in-between work sessions. Even if you are just breaking for lunch or a quick snack, those few minutes are of vital importance. While going to a coffee shop take your laptop with you and work with Wi-Fi. This option might work better for some people and it can be an excellent way to get in an hour a day.

Weekends

Normally we spend weekends with our family member. But if you don’t have a family, this might actually be the perfect solution. Just be sure not to work through the entire weekend, if you find some spare time spend it with friends and family, or do things other than work.

Prioritize your Schedule

The most important advice for part-time freelancers would be to prioritize their schedule correctly. Everybody will have their own schedule times which suit them best – so spend a bit of time figuring out yours!
